During the meeting in the Secretariat of State, both parties expressed satisfaction with the “good and fruitful relations between the Holy See and Lithuania,” according to the Holy See Press Office.
They spoke about several international issues, including the war in Ukraine, “highlighting the need to intensify the search for diplomatic solutions and to avert the risk of an escalation of the conflict that could have unpredictable and dire consequences.”
